Just wanna share what I've read It is generally said that if a news report provides answers to six questions,
then it is a perfect news item. These six questions include five Ws and one
H. The five Ws are When? Where? What ? Why? and Who?.The H is How?

How to construct news/article properly?

In my opinion, news must be something which the readers/listeners can relate to and most importantly, news must be a statement of facts.

I think information are facts that are provided or learned about something or someone while news is new information of interest.

In my opinion, we can say that the news is Fake if the resource of that news is not reliable for example some blog or sites that pop-ups on the internet.While we can say that the news is Fact if the resource is from the person itself. For example, the president confirm some news or update about himself.

Based on what you asked, fact is a statement that is consistent with objective reality or can be proven with evidence.

I don't think there's a need to avoid using any social media, in some ways it can help you avoid fake news. One tip is that know which "news" sites are likely to be fake or biased and make a habit of seeking out a wider variety of sources.
